Dr Chee is a Registered Specialist with the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. He heads Pet A&E, the Emergency and Critical Care department at LVS.
Dr Chee worked as a general practitioner in Singapore after graduating from the University of Sydney in 2014 . He then joined LVS as a surgical intern under Dr Landon's mentorship before heading to Murdoch University to pursue a residency in Emergency and Critical Care. During his residency, Dr Chee obtained both a clinical and research Masters with publications on the use of canine plasma transfusions. He passed his board examinations in 2022 and works concurrently in Western Australia, where he manages clinical cases and the training of the next generation of residents.
Dr Chee enjoys all aspects of critical care medicine such as sepsis, mechanical ventilation, and transfusion therapy.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two Singapore Specials, Summer and Hobbes.
Dr Sebastian Chua

Sebastian graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012. His first job was in South Australia and from then on, he took the opportunity to travel around Australia and work in different states. He then jumped on the chance to work in a large Specialist and Emergency hospital, finding his passion in veterinary emergency medicine. During his time there, he was also clinical director for one of the branch hospitals.
Sebastian returned to Singapore with his beautiful, young and energetic greyhound in 2023 to spend more time with family. He joined Pet A&E in 2024.
In his free time, he likes to go for runs (when it is not blazing hot), walk his dog, discover new experiences, savour the local dining scene, and take advantage of Singapore being a travel hub.
Dr Samantha Fong

ECC Veterinarian
Dr Samantha Fong obtained her degree from Murdoch University, Australia in 2013. She has since worked as a full-time veterinarian at referral clinics, honing her skills in emergency medicine and surgery.
In 2019, Dr Fong attained her Memberships in Emergency and Critical Care from the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists, further increasing her capability to provide care to patients in critical conditions. Her clinical interests include soft tissue surgery, wound management, and peritoneal dialysis.
Dr Fong is committed to a high standard of practice and animal welfare, making her a great advocate for her patients. Outside of work, she finds balance in keeping fit and transforming ordinary ingredients into extraordinary dining experiences.
Dr Jayi Lim

ECC Veterinarian
Jayi graduated from Murdoch University, Western Australia in 2021. Having grown up surrounded by pocket pets, cats and dogs, Jayi developed an appreciation for the bond between humans and animals from an early age.
Her first year post-graduation was spent pursuing an Emergency and Critical Care Internship in one of Perth's busiest vet hospitals, and later on exploring small animal practice and canine reproduction work.
With a background in both general practice and emergency work, Jayi's strives to ensure that every pet receives the highest standard of care.
On her days off, Jayi likes to lounge with her British Shorthair, Rufus, who has made his way to sunny Singapore from Down Under!

Head ECC Veterinary Nurse
Jane has committed over ten years to the veterinary profession, and is passionate about upholding the highest standards of animal care and customer service. She was drawn to emergency medicine because of the fast-paced environment and problem-solving nature of the job, and holds a Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency and Critical Care.
Outside of work, Jane pursues her love for road cycling and dedicates a significant amount of time to reading, deepening her knowledge in veterinary medicine. She also cherishes quality time with her family and friends.
Amos Lai Dip Veterinary BioScience; BBus (Banking & Finance)
Veterinary Nurse
Amos spent two years as a veterinary technician before leaving the industry to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at Nanyang Technological University.
Subsequently, he pursued a career as a Wealth Planning Manager, before deciding to follow his passion and to rejoin the veterinary industry as an ECC veterinary nurse at Pet A&E.
On his days off, Amos enjoys listening to music the occasional chess game.
Anika Lau Dip Veterinary BioScience; Specialist Dip Veterinary Clinical Practice
Veterinary Nurse
Anika worked in various veterinary general practices, where she developed foundational skills including animal handling, conducting laboratory tests and assisting in procedures. She joined Pet A&E to further her interest in emergency and critical care.
Anika obtained a Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice and holds a Diploma in Veterinary Bioscience.
She has two Shiba Inus, Simba and Polo.
Jeremy Goh Dip Screen Media
Veterinary Nurse
Jeremy's career in the veterinary industry began at a referral hospital, as part of the emergency team. He continues to hone his skills in the discipline of emergency and critical care at Pet A&E.
Prior to joining the industry, Jeremy was a video producer at a media house, where he managed the filming of corporate productions.
Jeremy spends most of his time off with his cat, Wang Wang, whom he gives credit to for his penchant for feisty patients.
Lucas Ngia Dip Veterinary BioScience
Veterinary Nurse
Lucas joins Pet A&E while concurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity.
He brings with him experience from the general practice field, including client management, IV placement and caring for critical patients.
Aside from emergency and critical care, Lucas is particularly interested in the field of diagnostic imaging.
Lucas is a Swiftie and the proud owner of two pet terrapins named Teh and Peng.
Sarah Low BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science
Veterinary Nurse
Sarah worked in various practices after obtaining her Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice. She left the industry briefly to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science.
Post-graduation, Sarah joined Pet A&E to pursue a career in emergency and critical care. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and challenging cases that are seen by the ECC department.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid gamer and enjoys taking care of her adopted cat, Dusty.
Ang Xue Yi Specialist Dip Veterinary Clinical Practice
Veterinary Nurse
Xue Yi has over 7years of veterinary nursing experience. She graduated with a Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice and honed her skills in a busy general practice where she was involved in all aspects of nursing, including client communication, surgery and hospital care. Xue Yi joined Pet A&E to pursue her interest in emergency and critical care, and has a particular fondness for rabbits. She is also a member of the Singapore Veterinary Nurse Technician Chapter.
When not busy taking care of the animals in the clinic, Xue Yi enjoys being out in the sun and spending time with her poodle and foster bunnies.
