Jaime Kwok
Jaime is the friendly and reassuring face and voice of our clinic. She grew up with pets ranging from terrapins, goldfishes, hamsters, budgies, rabbits, cats to dogs. Jaime worked in the banking sector for many years but her heart finally veered towards her true love of animal care.
She enjoys spending time with her family and she relaxes by wandering through supermarket aisles.

Cheryl Tay
Cheryl made the move from the corporate world into veterinary healthcare in pursuit of a fresh perspective. Her role at the front desk allows her to connect with both people and pets, and she takes pride in making each client’s visit as smooth and welcoming as possible. As one of the first faces clients see or voices they hear, Cheryl understands the importance of creating a positive experience, especially during stressful moments.
She finds it rewarding to be part of a team that plays such an important role in the care and comfort of animals and their families. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys getting lost in a good book and is always on the lookout for new food places to try around town.

Receptionist
Meigan is a key part of our front-of-house team, bringing a calm and focused energy to the hospital reception. With a background in summarizing complex news and a diploma in biomedical science, she excels at clear communication, bridging the gap between medical information and compassionate client care.
Meigan’s passion for animal health is what brought her to the hospital. She finds the recovery process incredibly rewarding, particularly seeing the visible change in a patient’s vitality from admission to discharge. Meigan takes pride in greeting every patient with a friendly pat and ensuring they feel welcome. When she isn't at the clinic, she enjoys the quiet of home life or the independence of solo traveling.
