Landon Veterinary Specialists is a referral clinic which offers specialist veterinary services to pets across the island. We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate and tight knit team.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting pets and their families

· Picking up phone calls and setting up appointments

· Receiving goods from suppliers

· Collecting payments

· Keeping the reception, consult rooms and surrounding areas clean

· Liaising between referring clinics and internal departments

 

This is a full time position with 40-hrs per week, including weekend shifts.
 

 

About you

· Experience within the industry or in a medical setting would be a bonus but not necessary

· Experience in a clinical setting is desirable

· Excellent phone manner

· Good spoken and written English

· Must be comfortable with handling small animals
